Review: Etude House Dear Darling Ultra Shine Lips #12 Peach Milk

Couldn't the name of the lipstick get any longer? XD

I got this lipstick during Etude House's Sale (which is still ongoing! :D), I got it at 30% off!! ^^

It costs Php428 but with discount, I got it at Php300. :)

Now onto the review!~

The lipstick comes in a box. Upon opening it, you'll see a very cute and feminine packaged lipstick in a peach color with a pink ring in the middle. It has a fruity scent that is quite pleasant to me. :)

I swatched it on my finger (Wayne of gossmakeupartist says this is more accurate than swatching at the back of your hand, check his channel, he's awesome!) and at the back of my hand. It's kinda sheer but to my surprise, it gave a more opaque color on my lips. ^^

Application is smooth, it really glides on my lips :)

I love how it's moisturizing on my lips. Doesn't aggravate my dry lips' condition! :) I think you could skip applying lip balm before this lipstick as it is very moisturizing :) I've been really trying to keep them moisturized with my lipbalm so I don't go back to having cracked, chapped, and wounded lips  So, this lipstick is very ideal for people with dry lips :D

Its lasting power is just about average. I advise that you keep it in handy for reapplication/retouch, just like any other lipstick. :)

Though the name of this shade is peach milk, I'd say that it's more pinkish to me but you'd still notice its slight peach color ^^ The finish can be a sheer one if you wish to, but the color is buildable to a more opaque one like this below.

What do I think overall?

Pros:

Cons:

Lasting power, need to reapply like any other lipstick :)
